Privacy policy
This page explains, in plain English, what information Zuno collects from healthcare professionals and facilities who order through the platform, and how it is used.
What Zuno collects
- Account details: the email address you sign up with.
- Practice details: practice name, address, WhatsApp number, and licence or registration number.
- Order details: the products you order, quantities, the price at the time of order, and how each order progresses (confirmed, paid, dispatched, delivered).
- Referral details: your referral code, whether you signed up with another practice's code, and any credit earned.
How Zuno uses that information
- To create your account, verify that you are a licensed healthcare professional or a registered facility, and let you place and track orders.
- To confirm orders and delivery with you on WhatsApp using the number you provide.
- To run the offer fairly, including checking that a practice is not referring itself or signing up twice.
- To provide support, investigate problems, and keep the service secure and reliable.
Who can see it
- The Afridose team, who operate the platform, to fulfil and support your orders.
- The wholesaler supplying an order, so it can pick, deliver and collect payment for that order.
- Service providers that host and run the platform, such as our database and web hosting providers, and WhatsApp when you message us there.
- Other practices cannot see your details, orders, or prices. A practice that refers you can see only the amount and status of its own credit, not who you are.
- Zuno does not sell your practice’s data.
Your choices and keeping records
- You can update your practice name, address, WhatsApp number, and licence or registration number at any time in your account settings.
- To correct or remove information, contact us on WhatsApp at +27 78 948 8851.
- We may keep limited records, such as orders and payments, where needed for legal, accounting, security, or fraud-prevention reasons.
