Terms of service

These terms set out how ordering through Zuno works for licensed healthcare professionals and registered facilities.

Who can use Zuno

  • Zuno is for licensed healthcare professionals and registered facilities ordering for their practice.
  • You must give accurate details, including your licence or registration number, and keep them up to date. We may verify them.
  • Each account belongs to one practice.

What Zuno provides

  • Zuno is an ordering platform. It lists health products from wholesalers, and is operated by Afridose.
  • Afridose also lists as a wholesaler on the platform. Where it does, it is the supplier of those products in the same way any other listed wholesaler is.
  • Your contract for the products themselves is with the wholesaler supplying them.

Prices, stock, and orders

  • Prices are set by the wholesaler supplying each product and may change. The price you see when you place an order is the price recorded for that order. All prices are quoted in USD.
  • A first order must reach USD 300 before it can be submitted. There is no minimum after that.
  • Stock shown is a guide. An order is a request until it is confirmed with you, and a wholesaler may decline or adjust an order, for example if stock is unavailable.

Payment and delivery

  • Cash on delivery is the only way to pay. The driver collects the cash when your order arrives.
  • Each wholesaler delivers its own orders to your doorstep, same day to 4 days, depending on the wholesaler.
  • Zuno charges no delivery fee.

The offer and referral credits

  • A new practice gets USD 50 off its first order. One credit per practice, ever.
  • If you refer a practice, you earn USD 50 once that practice's first order has been delivered and paid. Signing up alone earns nothing.
  • A practice cannot refer itself. Credits are limited in number and budget, are subject to review, and the offer may be withdrawn at any time.
  • Credits are a Zuno cost. They are never deducted from a wholesaler's price.
  • We may withhold or withdraw credit where we suspect misuse, including duplicate sign-ups.

Your responsibilities

  • You remain responsible for lawful operation, storage and handling of products, dispensing decisions, patient safety, and your professional and regulatory obligations.
  • Zuno does not provide clinical advice.

Availability and changes

  • We may update or limit parts of the service as it develops.
  • We may suspend or end access for misuse, non-payment, security risk, or unlawful use.
